Pull Request Description

Create an example of with Solana Agent Kit in which a user can prompt the agent to perform a blockchain transaction using plain English.

Changes Made

This PR adds the following changes:

Initialize and setup a new NextJs app
Integrate the Solana Agent Kit
Integrate OpenAI GPT model to transcribe English prompt from user
