Upgrade 5 (#1445)

* feat: add chunk kind

* initial work | to be tested

* fix: borrow ctx from loader only once

* more logs

* read from protocol json files

* dir + name

* reference already duplicated somewhere in

* minor updates, bump snark-verifier

* refactor

* clean up + refactor

* chore: clippy

* test: ignore to dbg later with e2e tests
