This adds togglable pen pressure support.
In general everything seems to work with the same amount of bugs than it did before :)
However, currently there's a mix of different event handlers, for both touch, mouse and pointer. This seems to be necessary for now, as the events are treated differently depending on the device. For example pointer leave and touchcancel behave differently than mouseleave.
It'd be nice to optimize this, but not a necessarily.
