Link campaign maps that use SetNextScenario

Look up map files that have the filename for the next scenario and link them into a bundle for a campaign (connected components).

There is probably an issue with this though, some campaigns are in a directory and just have 1.scx, 2.scx, 3.scx ...
For that case maybe find some commonality in the map name/description.
