- implemented tooltips for custom theming as per ckan issue #7742 (added tooltips for truncated package/dataset name)
- implemented tooltips for custom theming as per ckan issue #7945 (missing translation to aria-label)
- fix minor styling in package metadata view, the export dropdown
Need to manually copy and maintain `ckanext-spatial` assets used for this extension
