If this can't already be done with the existing Loot Filters plugin, I would suggest looking into contributing to that plugin rather than creating a whole new one.

This is possible in loot-filters today.

Not possible in loot-filters today but it sounds like this is just support for filtering on ownership, which would be trivial. @AlfRayJacobs I'd either open an issue at https://github.com/riktenx/loot-filters or follow the README link to the Discord and start a conversation.
