Prayer: Bury Bones plugin update

Enables burying of bones. The previous plugin appeared to no longer work, most likely because the old prayer plugin wasn't yet migrated to newer code structure.

• updates/rewrites the prayer bury bones plugin
• migrated all bones from the itemIds definitions, and I manually populated information from the current osrs wiki

Bonus feature:

• adds optional wikiId field to ItemConfig.metadata to allow us to correlate wiki pages to in-game items.

Other things to note:

• removes old bone item IDs from itemIds since it's deprecated
• deletes the old prayer bury plugin
