This PR adds wrappers for 1-d integration, differentiation, ODE solving.
Romberg algorithm commented out in common
intergrateinterface because it was added in GSL 2.5 and not available in GSL 2.4 (and GSL 2.4 is installed by apt in Ubuntu 18.04).
