robotology-distro-alloften fails to build, due to some incorrect incompatible pinning of the underlying packages. In this PR, we move the build ofrobotology-distro-allafter the upload of all other packages, so that if ``robotology-distro-all` build fails, the rest of the packages get uploaded anyhow.
