Docs: Add Side Nav to Blocks and Kinds Gallery Pages #910

Description

Adds the side nav to the Blocks Gallery, Block Docs, and Kind Docs pages (along with dropdown nav for the Block Types).

Also adds some QoL changes to the docs

  • Simplifies dependency resolution for local serving
  • Sorts the Kinds list so its order is deterministic when being rebuilt
  • Updates copyright date (happy new year!)

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

How has this change been tested, please provide a testcase or example of how you tested the change?

Non-functional change; ran docs locally to test.

Any specific deployment considerations

Just docs deploy.
