Decision criteria for master communication challenge

The master communication challenge currently does not have any definition on how to decide which one of multiple attending teams win. A possibility would be to count pick/place points including manipulation deductions etc. and the time required for finishing as for a usual task, on the other hand this is not really the intention of the challenge. In any case, this should be defined in the rulebook.
