This version contain the code up to the moment of the release of the paper Non-minimal coupling contribution to DIS at low $x$ in Holographic QCD at arXiv:1804.07778.
This version is not suited yet for global fitting and in particular $F_2$ overall factor has to be the inverse, this will be corrected in the next release.
