I added functionality to emulate variable delay links, by reading from a 'delays' file, according to a specified time resolution.
The resulting tool is called mm-file-delay, and can be used as such:
The default time-resolution is 1 ms. The delays file specifies the delays (in ms) at time-steps of the time resolution.
Any feedback would be welcome!
