This supersedes #94

The v4 versions need to be upgraded together. The older versions are deprecated.

Also, it seems that #86 made it to the default branch but not into any official version. Could I inquire what the plans are?

I don't know much about github actions, but updating the versions seems fine.

I have created a new release 0.53. Sorry it took so long, not much happening on this project ATM, so it got off the radar. The D part of cv2pdb is no longer needed as no compiler builds for the dmc toolchain anymore.
