A new and happy Sharkbot :^)

Sharkbot with fully (?) working components, up to date on the latest Discord and Discord.JS API. Big changes from "v1.1," all good things! E.g., slash commands, more robust alarms, a working database (might've been in 1.1, I don't remember tbh), and other various changes on the backend that probably won't be noticed user-side.

I've reached points like this before, where I feel Sharkbot is relatively complete. There are a few things I'll be poking and prodding on in the background, but all his basic functions work here (I think? smooth still needs to be stress-tested a bit) and there are no big modules I'm daydreaming about for the future. So, this seems like a good time for a first release. Yay stability!
