- Add CKAN 2.11 to GitHub Actions workflow
- Drop Python 2 support
- Update test containers to support CKAN 2.11
- Add detailed test reports
- Clean up obsolete global 'c' object, replace with template parameters
- Clean up database initialisation to work like other plugins
- Ensure Flask blueprint is only populated once
- Update to Selenium 4
- Allow both buttons and links (or other clickable element) - Recognise both the standard and Bootstrap 'title' attributes
- Replace scenario test with a unit test so we can customise the config
