Removed duplicate content, adding a clear reporting guide, and hopefully a better flow.

I guess the separate section for speakers, exhibitors, and participants is unnecessary and has duplicated information.

Instead we can just have section, indicating who this applies to. And there we can mention that this applies to speakers, exhibitors and participants.

I would prefer if I can use a different id and phone number and redirect them to my id. Hopefully we can reuse the same next year also. Can we have a [email protected] and forward it to all members of the committee?
