Add an egg for Fabric Minecraft servers
There are variables to choose the loader and installer version, and the server jar for the chosen Minecraft version is downloaded.
The latest Minecraft version is queried from Fabric's metadata to ensure a valid server jar is downloaded, preventing attempts to download versions the loader has not updated to support yet
