Our first release! Yay!

Nothing new has been added, but creating a release should help new users install CE faster and easier.

Installation instructions:

  1. Download the file CobaltEssentials.zip from below
  2. Extract the contents (a folder called Resources) to the BeamMP Server's folder.
  3. Start the BeamMP Server and ensure that you see Cobalt Essentials start and finish loading (Loading Cobalt Essentials & Cobalt Essentials Loaded messages)
  4. Restart the BeamMP Server
