Converts the mob database to YAML (rathena#5435)

* Combines mob_race2 and mob_drop databases into one. * General cleanups and optimizations. * Includes CSV2YAML conversion tool. Thanks to @vstumpf, @lukasrmattos, and @Lemongrass3110!
