Fixes

  • Minimised Seqr script fails to import correctly

Proposed Changes

  • replaces the support_vars contents for SVs with the Seqr-appropriate link
  • this change fixes the seqr-links for comp-het SVs in the report, as well as the direct Seqr upload
  • updates the seqr-minimiser script to comply with the Seqr feature as implemented
