implement newFlat and oldFlat replies sort #47

oldFlat is needed for 4chan style flat replies

newFlat is needed for telegram style flat conversations, where you see newer first, and scroll up to older replies

With oldFlat, there's no "post" or "replies", all comments are in a single dimensional array, correct? How's it sorted though?

For newFlat, it's the same thing but with newer comments at the top? Same as "new" sort but without the hierarchy?
