Project was rebranded.
We deactivate this feature. It has build-time dependencies such as CMake and NASM. In CI, the Windows build fails. It seems that it is not required to properly perform its tasks.
That this is needed can be seen with the network-tests. It is not visible in the regular build - there everything succeeds. Reference: https://docs.rs/rustls/latest/rustls/#crate-features
