Generates Salmonella in silico typing results from assembles using the Salmonella In Silico Typing Resource (SISTR). This IRIDA plugin contains a serotyping pipeline that assembles a genome from paired reads and types them using SISTR. This first plugin that is based on built-in SISTR workflow v0.3 but with greater modularity due to easier plugin installation and swapping. Major features
