Background
In #1460, we backported a number of removed helpers in order to allow customers a migration period to move to the new helper locations. We agreed to support the old imports until March. This PR removes the backports and officially removes support for the old imports. Moving forward, panther managed and customer rules should use the new import locations for helpers.
