This is our initial contribution of regression tests. I have tried to write up some basic documentation. It seems to work OK for me, but it wouldn't surprise me if there is still something I'm relying on in my dev environment.
Once our initial upload is complete, I'll create a script to download the test data and update the documentation accordingly.
