What it does:

VIM:
Adds the ability to go back to the last open file by just typing ,,
Adds jj as option to replace esc when in insert.

Git:
Adds cob as a way to open a new branch. Equal to checkout -b

          Adds two nice bindings for vim:

        '<leader><leader>' -- go to last open file
        'jj' -- esc


          Added cob for checking out a new branch -- same as g checkout -b or g nb

Updated README to include the new bindings and aliases.
