Plugin for Variety sourcing programming jokes as quotes.
The programming jokes come from JokeAPI.
Tested with Variety 0.8.9
- Download
programming-jokes.py - Copy the file to
~/.config/variety/plugins - Restart Variety
To enable the plugin open Variety Preferences window. Go to Quotes tab. In the Sources and filtering section check Programming jokes checkbox.
If you can't find the Quotes tab, try to update your Variety installation.
The plugin doesn't support filtering by tags or authors.
