Release 0.25.3

  • Enhancement: Add cost and precedence to host.v1 and host.v2 config types. This allows router-embedded tunnelers the ability to handle HA failover scenarios.
  • Bug fix: Router link listener type was only inferred from the adverise address, not the bind address
