Meeting notes

• Long discussion on open source vs. close source tools for MD discussion for the slide deck
• Mike is working on creating a package for codciftosdf in conda-forge. We may have the mini MVP for testing in a few weeks
• We discussed what to do for the CG mini MVP and we agreed it would be good to keep the mvp simple and focus on the issue of the protein collapsing in on itself

1. Create a new user story for Bespoke FF integration with OpenFE workflow - Yilin, Kaushik
