The following is a list of changes/patches applied to FFmpeg as part of obs-deps.
Fixes a playback issue for some possibly malformed FLV files.
Adds an increased quality/speed ratio modifier for aom (increased to 10 from 8) to allow improved encoding performance at slightly reduced quality.
