This is the initial release of GreenSites, which contains the following features:
- Interactive extension interface with buttons labelled with the associated check functionality
- Display of WebsiteCarbon API-generated information on a given website
- Checking for different issues with images, videos, fonts, lazy-loading and usage of CDNs
- Visual indication of problematic elements upon running the image-related checks
- Pop-up alerts showing results of checks
- Helper page with details about good practices for each element type
