更新跨度有点大，很久没点过releases了，但是实际上仓库还在持续更新中

简单说说更新了哪些内容

• 新增了爬取函数（每两小时运行一次）
• 更新了新闻源（IT之家）
• 新闻筛选、排序
• 搭配EmaiListInbox实现订阅表单
• 发送列表改为使用notion存储（主要是为上一个表单服务）
• 更新了开源协议
• 更新了部署方式（拖到今天主要是懒得写readme）
