The project is taking shape and will be soon enough ready for a first release, featuring LoL and Account Api endpoints.
This PR is focusing on build setup for the releasing process.
Ultimately the first release that will result in the next few weeks will serve as a reference for us to get feedback to improve the experience working with the library as a whole.
