Description

Adds:

Collect pipeline event logs and send to New Relic Logs
Added pipeline event configuration to template configuration
Added pipeline event configuration to init script
Updated documentation

Updates:

Updated databricks-go-sdk to 52.0
Updated integration cluster init script to include missing configuration parameters
Updated integration cluster init script to support enabling individual features (e.g. usage, job runs) via environment variables

Type of change

New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
This change requires a documentation update
