feat: collect pipeline event logs #46

Description

Adds:

  • Collect pipeline event logs and send to New Relic Logs
  • Added pipeline event configuration to template configuration
  • Added pipeline event configuration to init script
  • Updated documentation

Updates:

  • Updated databricks-go-sdk to 52.0
  • Updated integration cluster init script to include missing configuration parameters
  • Updated integration cluster init script to support enabling individual features (e.g. usage, job runs) via environment variables

Type of change

  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • This change requires a documentation update
