This is a standard practice in Django template files (though correctly flagged by the linter as it's not generally a good idea for normal python code).
We really want it at 2 years. 1 hour was just to make sure the site works with this enabled.

We really want it at 2 years. The 1 hour setting was just to make sure that nothing breaks with this turned on.
