- Updated CHANGELOG
- Refactored more code for clarity / removed unused features / simplified some of the NIC setup
- Added ability to include NICs into a2a test (using NUM_QUEUE_PAIRS=X ./TransferBench a2a)
- Changed default size to 256 to reduce impact of overheads.
