for Email:

-TO_MAIL

-SMTP_SERVER
-SMTP_PORT
-SMTP_LOGIN_NAME
-SMTP_LOGIN_PASS

for Telegram:

-TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN
-TELEGRAM_CHAT_ID

working with this project first create your python environment

virtualenv venv -p python3.6
source venv/bin/activate
pip install -r reqiurements.txt
python app.py
