Has tracking events for card expand, support expand and publication opening.
The events actions are formatted like:
[nodeType] node, [cardType] card, [action]
IDs or names are put into event labels, and counts are captured in event values where it makes sense
nodeId was getting passed down to NodeSidebar, but wasn't defined as a param there, so I defined it and made it required, I also made nodeType required.
