For unstable options, require -Z unstable-options instead. --restrict-vtable is deprecated in favor of -Z restrict-vtable

  • We should consider adding a -Z dev-options or something similar to distinguish between unstable features and developer only features, i.e., features not meant to be ever stabilized.
