Prevent meta field pollution from occurring in EP indexing

Indexing in ElasticSearch is producing errors where the maximum number of fields is being exhausted.

This release fixes this issue by filtering out unnecessary fields, mainly introduced by ACF.

For now, all ACF meta fields have been excluded. We will monitor the quality of the search to determine if we need to add any back.
