In this release, you will find that we expanded our data model and sample apps in the following ways:

  • New program registration portal for students and program management app for administrators that enable registration for different education related programs. This solution showcases the power of combining the Education data model, Power Pages, and model-driven apps.

  • Increased Education data model alignment with Open Educational Analytics (OEA) framework and industry standards with emphasis within the areas of assessments, student characteristics & enrollments, programs, and courses.

  • Education data model enhancements based on Partner feedback, for example:

    • Combined the K-12 and Higher Education data models
    • New Course Requirement entity and enhanced Program Requirements
    • New Grade Scale entity and calculations for course credits attempted, earned, grade points and GPA

In this release, you will find that we deployed the following fixes:

  • Hotfix for Marketing sample data file HIED-MarketingSampleData.zip used in PackageDeployer_HiEdMarketingSampleData.zip folder.
