新增 1.color.ts 2.isHEXColor 3.isRGBColor 4.hexToRgb 5.rgbToHex 6.hslToRgb 7.randomRGB 8.randomRGBA 9.randomHEX 修改 1.export.ts代替原来index.ts 2.index-umd.ts改为index.umd.ts 3.umd打包后，index-umd.js改为index.js,index-umd.d.ts改为index.d.ts 4.randomColor拆分为randomRGB、randomRGBA、randomHEX 5.修复cdn引入时idea引入外部js库无提示的问题
