Red-QAOA Reproducibility Package v1.0

This release, version 1.0, is dedicated to reproducing the results presented in our ASPLOS 2024 paper, Red-QAOA: Efficient Variational Optimization through Circuit Reduction. It includes all necessary code, datasets, and detailed instructions to replicate our findings.
