Description

Upgrade Ruby from 3.0 to 3.2 and upgrade Rails gems. Related actions:

• Include Dependabot commits
• Monkey patch Psych
• Upgrade GraphQL gem to 1.13
• Remove duplicated fields from GraphQL definitions
