This PR also re-enables the cache environment for the doctest, which was temporarily disabled in #128 because the cache did not contain the newest version of SymPy. |

This PR deprecates
RollingDisc.discand replaces it withRollingDisc.wheel. This better matches the naming of the actual submodel classes and the naming of the submodels of the bicycle models.
