It is possible to run the whole experiment using GUIs.
If you are running thermal, first go to OpenMVIDE to preview the thermal camera.
Open the flowGUI (desktop icon provided on the desktop_entries
folder).
This GUI will allow you to:
- Trigger the start of thermal recording (if using the module)
- Preview the color camera
- Enter (and save) experimental data in a tabular format
- Trigger the start of the streaming + optic flow activity quantification
Although the order of steps is somewhat logical, it's important that these steps are followed in order, to avoid running into problems. We have put some checks in there to make sure you enter info before starting an experiment.
For now, to stop the experiment click on the terminal that opens with the GUI and do Ctrl+C. You can later close the GUI.
