Scenex library updated to have better regexes to match tags.
The bug with movie titles containing WEB and PAL are now fixed.
Changed some stuff to work better with radarr (VHSRip and DVDRip are now just VHS and DVD, and BluRay is Bluray and WEB-DL is WEBDL).
