Minting

Minting is the process of turning an asset into a token.

To mint a token go to the Mint tab on the asset's view. You must choose a license, a royalty, and the number of editions to create. All of these have default values set in the collection so you may not have to change anything before minting.

Minting costs credits. There is a storage fee based on the size of the asset to upload it to IPFS, and a minting fee based on the number of editions selected. If you run out of free credits you can always buy more in the Profile Editor.
