New Features:
- Billboard - Make a single plane point directly at camera
- Frame Animation - Animate a texture from a sprite sheet
- PS1 Vertex Jitter - Make vertexes snap to rounded points similar to PS1 graphics
- Unscaled Billboards - Render 2D sprites at the same size no matter their distance

Optimizations:
- Removed unnecessary light/shadow path calculations from 'shadeless material' node group
- Removed all 'mask switch' groups in the 'Dither Combiner' in favor of single 'ID Mask' node
- Removed color ramp selection masks on Dither Combiner, and replaced with 'ID Mask' nodes
Cleanup:
- Removed example scene from main blender file
- Removed extraneous image input on Ditherer
